now we all know going to bible college is all about power, money and rock and roll right?
now, we simply just do not have the time or space continuum set up to explore all three at once, so we’ll start with power. since we’re christians, we’ll call them “superpowers.” but don’t you worry your pretty little heads, we’ll get to the rest.
christians have superpowers.
there is both humorous and biblical evidence to my outrageous claim, and i seriously debated about which one to go with to argue my point, so i decided to go with the old “choose your own path” situation here.

it’s funny because we don’t really have super powers like x-ray vision, flight, invisibility, or super strength. get it? (ok, a joke is never funny when you say it’s going to be funny. sorry for the let down.)

all over the new testament, we are told again and again that we have the same authority and power that raised Christ from the dead and we are to go out to heal and cast out demons.
one of those superpowers we are given at bible college is vocabulary. believe it or not, vocabulary is the bible college student’s best friend. with the right vocabulary, you can do just about anything.
so in a predictable turn by us here at Six Minutes of Banter, is a little miniseries titled “your own personal trump card.”
